Call Center Customer Service
The position requires a high school diploma (Associates Degree preferred) plus 2-3 years client/customer service-related experience; estimating experience preferred.
Requires the ability to easily learn new complex software programs, specifically estimating software including creating diagrams for room sketches.
Requires basic math knowledge and the ability to conceptualize dimensions.
This position requires personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) with very proficient keyboard skills.
Excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner are essential.
Must have a general familiarity with all office equipment and a professional office environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
