Quality Engineer

An American global diversified industrial company is currently seeking a Quality Engineer to research & test the design, functionality and maintenance of products, equipment, systems & processes and develop quality standards in Bridgeton, MO. This is a 6 month CONTRACT position, with the possibility of extension. Local candidates only, no per diem available.
Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer
Responsible for ensuring standard work is being followed, shipments are documented correctly, shipping documents are accurate and file correctly, identify weak areas and training needs
Devise sampling procedures and design & develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data
Establish a program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment & testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities
May write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities
Requirements for the Quality Engineer
BS Degree in Engineering required
CAD experience
