Customer Care Claims Representative (Full-Time)
This position supports Retail Operations, Hail Operations and the F&I; Department at the Dent Wizard International Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis. The successful candidate will provide operational support to the customer care center as well as answer customer inquiries, and schedule sales and service appointments. We are looking for someone who can work with others to deliver outstanding customer care and make meaningful contributions for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handle and resolve customer complaints specifically but not limited to those from retail customers
Maintain & Follow retail and F&I; claim procedures.
Answer incoming customer inquiries from all lines of customer care center business and make outbound calls.
Enters and updates customer information in company data base
Schedule claims, sales and service appointments (email, text, phone and claims systems)
Coordinates the efforts of the service and sales teams
Provides friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support for internal and external customers
Work to improve systems and processes to make the customer care center more effective and efficient
Coordinate work with other Customer care center team members
Participates in and give feedback for evaluation and training of other customer care center team members
Assist other customer care claim center team members or manager as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and strong interacting ability with customers via telephone and or email
Proficient using CCC, Netsuite, MS office product (Outlook, Word, and common business software)
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Desire to work as part of a team and provide back-up when required for team members
Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance
College Degree
Must have claims background and previous customer service experience.
Must be flexible with schedule and able to work Saturdays when/if requested.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
