## Procurement Administrative Assistant Job Description
## The Procurement Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the administrative duties that are associated with equipment and materials of Dent Wizard operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for processing and documenting the steps of acquiring equipment and materials to support overall Dent Wizard operations.
2. Process inventory and tools orders per management approval.
3. Monitor and process key cutting software orders per management approval.
4. Coordinate and support the procurement of capital equipment.
5. Monitor and track back-order items by vendor.
6. Drive pricing efficiency by comparing vendors on parts to ensure cost effective items are purchased on a consistent basis.
7. Understand and effectively communicate overall procurement procedures and policies to management and field staff.
8. Fostering positive relationships with vendors to maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
9. In unison within the procurement department structure, identify supply cost control opportunities and measures, including inventory control best practices.
10. Work closely with the AP and General Ledger teams, ensuring purchase order accuracy and inventory management.
11. Assist as needed with physical inventory processes, both operational and accounting support.
### Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma or GED equivalency.
2. One to two years experience that includes purchasing, bookkeeping and record-keeping.
3. Strong organization, administrative, clerical, and follow-through skills.
4. Strong computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Word and Office.
5. Ability to maintain and develop vendor relationships.
6. Ability to maintain confidential information and to communicate information regarding business issues strictly on a need-to-know basis.
7. Ability to motivate others and share the concept of ongoing improvement.
8. Knowledgeable regarding company policy and processes.
9. Must demonstrate commitment to personal and organizational excellence.
10. Proven track record of setting and achieving goals.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
