Assistant Manager

o Overseeing restaurant's daily operations o Maintain day-to-day financial controls o Create and manage staff schedules o Interview, hire, train and write-up staff o Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations. o Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management o Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met o Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurantWhat you can expectWe Offer A Laundry List of Great Perks (except laundry) You work your tail off.
