As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the point person for customer questions/concerns, inbound customer calls, and entering orders.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or a GED is required Customer Service experience of 1 year or more in a call center is preferred but not required; Store Supply Warehouse will train all new employees, including data base softwares Must be computer literate, proficient in Data Entry and Typing, a must.
Ability to navigate between different websites and multitask Ability to work in a quick-paced customer service environment; troubleshoot and take corrective action to resolve issues, if necessary Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required Willingness to maintain a safe and ethical work environment, and work as an effective team member Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Customer Service Specialist
