- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information - Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions - Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate - Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions - Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals Requirements:
