Oracle ERP Analyst

DescriptionWith a traditional Oracle ERP Business Analyst background, This Oracle ERP Analyst plays a crucial role in the implementation, customization, maintenance, and support of Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications within the organization.
This professional is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and leveraging Oracle ERP solutions to optimize efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance overall business performance.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, end-users, and IT departments to ensure the successful integration and ongoing support of Oracle ERP modules.
ResponsibilitiesSupport and Maintenance Provide day to day support and troubleshooting of user and Oracle application problems as it relates to functional transactions Document and perform periodic maintenance as required by business processes Furnish configuration support explanation as needed for regulatory compliance Track all outstanding work through production ticket system Identify operational inefficiencies resulting from poor business practices, bad data and system or integration constraints Recommend current fixes or alternative solutions in conjunction with Hussmann s standardized footprint Initiate and engage business customers in new product reviews, tests and pilots Develop and Implement Collect, document and analyze business requirements Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Design and implement system enhancements, integrations, and extensions.
Work closely with other IT teams to integrate Oracle ERP with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and functionality of Oracle ERP applications.
Collaborate with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues identified.
Provide training to end-users on Oracle ERP functionalities and best practices.
Act as a point of contact for user support, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.
Develop End User procedures for new business processes.
Includes documenting and validating with user community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, warehouse, and IT, to understand their needs and tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum seven (7) years of Oracle ERP Business Analyst experience including at least one full implementation cycle and post-implementation support in a Manufacturing or Warehouse environments.
Minimum Two (2) years of lead experience.
Application experience in Oracle EBS R11.
5 or above is required Strong, cross functional experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Mgmt / Inventory Cross functional experience in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay modules Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of relational databases including database schemas and data analysis Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for customizations and reporting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
