& Canadian) EFT/ACH/Wires Credit Card Cash Deposits Input data accurately and efficiently Prepare Memos as required to complete application of checks and research of customer accounts Complete month end duties as assigned Research projects as assigned Monthly filling duties Miscellaneous duties as assigned Assist team in ensuring deadlines are met
Qualifications:
Prior Cash Applications experience Accounts Receivable exposure Proficient skills in MS Office with exceptional Excel skills Strong written and communication skills required Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as an individual Strong customer service skills along with good phone etiquette Ability to work under accounting deadlines Strong organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize task 10 Key by touch Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work with a sense of urgency Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Exceptional analytical skills The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting base compensation is expected to be $19.
00 an hour.
