Job Description Our client is seeking a full-time Cybersecurity Manager who will lead a group of Cybersecurity Engineers and Analysts in the execution of the Information Assurance (IA) programs at the Bridgeton campusThe IA Cybersecurity Manager will provide subject matter expertise to client programs in various Cybersecurity areas, including the Risk Management Framework (RMF)This expertise will be in support of tactical systemsThe selected candidate will work with other engineering disciplines and use their Information Assurance expertise to create robust technical solutions across multiple technology areasJob Responsibilitieso Lead a team of Cybersecurity Engineers supporting Program Level activitieso Provide guidance to Information Assurance A&A process activities and related documentation such as systems concept of operations, system security design, implementation plans, and operational procedureso Develop architecture deliverables, speci?c to information security implementations, for operational systems and systems under developmento Evaluate proposed system architectures and designs and provide input to meet required security compliance objectivesPerform all necessary procedures to assist with RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) across programs.
o Prepare DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization accreditation packageso Provide engineering support and assistance to Information Assurance A&A test and evaluation activitieso Develop and maintain processes and procedures to identify, track, and mitigate customer system vulnerabilitiesInterface with Internal and External Customers on all IA topics.
o Prepare Statements of Work for external cybersecurity consultants and vendorso Review work packages from external cybersecurity consultants and vendorso Stay abreast of advance persistent threats from cyberspace and other cyber-intelligence sourceso Identify threats and vulnerabilities in systems and software, then apply their skills to developing and implementing high-tech solutions to defend against hacking, malware and ransomware, insider threats and all types of cybercrimeo Responsible for technical advisory to research teamso Cybersecurity specialized activities in support of the IRADs, external and internal customer requirementso Manage/supervise a team of engineerso Manage budget, cost and schedule input for design assignmentso Communicate clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as requiredo Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationo Other duties as assigned Qualificationso Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or related ?eld of studyo 5
years of experience in Information Systems Security, Information Assurance, or Security Engineeringo Leadership experience managing direct reports or experience in a leadership roleo Currently hold CISSP or CISM certi?cationo This position requires DoD Secret-level security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance (U.
SCitizenship required)o Thorough understanding and application of DoD, US Federal, NIST regulations and documentation.
o Experience with implementing and evaluating information assurance and compliance of a system against current RMF, and DoD Cybersecurity policieso Professional demeanor, good interpersonal skills, and ability to excel in a high-paced multi-tasked environmento Ability to act independently, prioritize tasks, and manage to scheduleo Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written modes and be able to author and present subject speci?c presentationso Advanced problem-solving skills:

able to use prior experience and knowledge to seamlessly incorporate new knowledge or information during client interactionso Willing to travel up to 10% as necessaryo Familiarity with developing System Security Plans (SSPs) and supporting Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentationo Familiarity with creating, documenting, and getting approval for Security Classi?cation Guides (SCGs)o Familiarity with DoD certi?cation and accreditation programs, including developing or analyzing security test and evaluation reportso Demonstrated performance of an information assurance assessment of a classi?ed software or hardware system in the last 12 months Recommended Skills Analytical Architecture Certified Information Security Manager Certified Information Systems Security Professional Computer Security Concept Of Operations Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
