Job Description Our client is seeking a full-time Cybersecurity Manager who will lead a group of Cybersecurity Engineers and Analysts in the execution of the Information Assurance (IA) programs at the Bridgeton campus.
The IA Cybersecurity Manager will provide subject matter expertise to client programs in various Cybersecurity areas, including the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
This expertise will be in support of tactical systems.
The selected candidate will work with other engineering disciplines and use their Information Assurance expertise to create robust technical solutions across multiple technology areas.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Cybersecurity Engineers supporting Program Level activitiesProvide guidance to Information Assurance A&A process activities and related documentation such as systems concept of operations, system security design, implementation plans, and operational proceduresDevelop architecture deliverables, speci?c to information security implementations, for operational systems and systems under developmentEvaluate proposed system architectures and designs and provide input to meet required security compliance objectives.
Perform all necessary procedures to assist with RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) across programs.
Prepare DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization accreditation packagesProvide engineering support and assistance to Information Assurance A&A test and evaluation activitiesDevelop and maintain processes and procedures to identify, track, and mitigate customer system vulnerabilities.
Interface with Internal and External Customers on all IA topics.
Prepare Statements of Work for external cybersecurity consultants and vendorsReview work packages from external cybersecurity consultants and vendorsStay abreast of advance persistent threats from cyberspace and other cyber-intelligence sourcesIdentify threats and vulnerabilities in systems and software, then apply their skills to developing and implementing high-tech solutions to defend against hacking, malware and ransomware, insider threats and all types of cybercrimeResponsible for technical advisory to research teamsCybersecurity specialized activities in support of the IRADs, external and internal customer requirementsManage/supervise a team of engineersManage budget, cost and schedule input for design assignmentsCommunicate clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as requiredSupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or related ?eld of study5
years of experience in Information Systems Security, Information Assurance, or Security EngineeringLeadership experience managing direct reports or experience in a leadership role Currently hold CISSP or CISM certi?cationThis position requires DoD Secret-level security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance (U.

Citizenship required) Thorough understanding and application of DoD, US Federal, NIST regulations and documentation.
Experience with implementing and evaluating information assurance and compliance of a system against current RMF, and DoD Cybersecurity policiesProfessional demeanor, good interpersonal skills, and ability to excel in a high-paced multi-tasked environmentAbility to act independently, prioritize tasks, and manage to scheduleStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written modes and be able to author and present subject speci?c presentationsAdvanced problem-solving skills:
