Dental Office Front Desk/Insurance Coordinator Job
Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Insurance Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and processing payments.
You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records and assisting with other front desk duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and answer phones in a professional and friendly manner Schedule appointments in accordance with patient needs and doctor availability Verify insurance coverage and process payments Maintain patient records and files Assist with other front desk duties as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type:
