The Facilities Maintenance Technician II will perform routine maintenance and repairs of buildings across the company's campus, equipment, and utility systems, perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections, and work on special projects as assigned.
What you will do:
Perform preventative maintenance repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing as assigned.
Respond to maintenance work orders; troubleshoot and repair equipment, minor electrical, HVAC troubleshooting and repair, carpentry, and plumbing services.
Paint, remodel, and refurbish areas as needed Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities Assist with projects as assigned, including, but not limited to carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
Work alongside the Facilities Maintenance team on various tasks.
Possess a basic understanding of construction practices.
Clean windows and glass doors Change of filters for HVAC as required Maintain exterior property as required.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned Must be able to work flexible hours, if required.
Additional Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or equivalent required Additional education/trade school experience preferred, but not required.
5 years of related experience.
Experience with the following:
HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Attention to detail.
High aptitude for learning new skills.
Knowledge of commonly used tools.
