We are currently seeking a Payroll Manager for our HR, Finance & Accounting operations. The Payroll Manager is responsible for supervising and processing corporate bi-weekly and monthly payroll for the US associates using ADP software. The location will be at Hunter Engineering Company's headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Responsibilities Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll for 1200 employees. Process monthly commissions for 800 employees, international experience is a plus. Prepare journal entries for each pay period. Reconcile and analyze payroll related accounts. Process W-2s and T-4s (Canada). Schedule all payrolls with ADP, monitor ADP invoices, reconcile 941 filings from ADP, and maintain checklist for all processing. Plan and execute quarterly and year end processes. Maintain earnings and deduction code setup and W-2 mapping in ADP. Coach, develop and provide direction to staff. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required, will consider commiserate experience Minimum 7 years of payroll experience. ADP experience preferred Certified Payroll Professional (CPP is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proven analytical reasoning skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success in training and leading others. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Corporate Finance, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
