Maintenance and Production Supervisor

We are seeking a production supervisor that reports directly to the operations manager. The ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with experience in both supervision and maintenance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all employees understand safety requirements and adhere to them.
- Performs daily production audits on quality, safety, and housekeeping.
- Provides feedback and implements corrective actions as needed for quality, housekeeping, safety and efficiencies.
- Responsible for accurately reporting daily production, scrap, downtime, and efficiencies.
- Responsible for machine start up and shutdown.
- Responsible for process adjustments during production runs on 150 ton to 1000 ton Injection. Machines, ensuring proper efficiency and quality criteria are adhered too.

Working hours: 7:00am-4:45pm
-Experience with Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting is required
-5-10 years of supervision experience is a must
-Experience with injection molding and drill press machines is a plus
- Be familiar with electrical and mechanical repairs. Formal training a plus.
-Understand hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical maintenance
-Understand how to do PM's
- Familiar with processing HDPE, Nylon and Urethane resins.
- Be available to work 1st 2nd or 3rd shift to cover for vacations, illness or repairs when needed.
- Capable of supervising crew of 7 machine operators.
- Able to work overtime if needed.
